Payment does not create an advisor-client or formal contractual relationship and one should not be inferred by the recipient. Such a relationship may only be created by both a written retainer agreement with MS Global Partners, LLC, signed by the managing partner and potential client, and payment of agreed-upon fees. If you do not show up to the meeting, our firm will still charge you the full amount for our time.
